Instructional Staff Bonnie Roberts 
Bonnie Roberts: School Manager/Personnel Services/Financial Aid Officer: Mrs. Roberts is the manager of Cosmetology Concepts Institute and is a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, and nail technician. She is a dedicated educator qualified in the art of teaching hairstyling techniques to beginning and advanced cosmetology students. Ms. Roberts conducts school interviews, answers all questions concerning enrollment and financial assistance, graduation and completion rates, and processes all withdrawal/termination forms. An appointment is encouraged but not always needed. Ms. Roberts is a Nationally Certified Cosmetologist and Qualified Examiner of the National Certification Exams. She is looking forward to guiding you through your training at Cosmetology Concepts Institute. Ms. Roberts is also the recipient of the following awards:

Rhonda Robb 
Mrs. Robb, Director of Esthetics and co-owner of Cosmetology Concepts Institute, is a licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist, as well as an instructor for both.
While serving as the State Esthetics Director, she taught skincare and make-up throughout the State of Missouri, as well as judged numerous make-up competitions. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and expertise with today's students.
She received the gold medal in make-up at the National Championships in Long Beach, CA and has served on the following committees:
DeAun Robertson is a former graduate of Cosmetology Concepts Institute and holds an instructors license in both cosmetology and esthetics. She has been a member of the National Cosmetology Association and also Missouri Educators Design Committee when they were active. She has had a successful career in this industry since 1984, working in a salon and eventually owning and operating her own. An internationally trained competitor, she has received numerous awards in the following categories:
DeAun also won honors as the overall total point winner for 2 consecutive years in state competition. With a passion to share her experiences in competition, salon management, and love for the changing trends in the industry, she welcomes new students in their exciting new career path. |
Terry Robb is the co-owner of Cosmetology Concepts Institute and has been the CEO of Robb Enterprises Inc. since 1989. He has held a cosmetology license in the State of Missouri for over 30 years. In years past, he has been the Styles Director for the State of Missouri, as well as a judge for numerous hairstyling competitions. Terry plays an active administrative roll in the school's day to day operations as well as working with student recruitment.
